Lock Display and Transmit Audio
Simpler Remote Access Service PreconfigurationCreate and manage preconfigured instances of the remote access service. These preconfigured instances can be easily downloaded from the SimpleHelp server and will automatically configure the service when installed.
By using preconfigured instances technicians can now create services for specific customers to simplify the installation and configuration of remote access services. |
Free Let's Encrypt SSL CertificatesWe believe any user of SimpleHelp should be able to secure their server using a SSL certificate. SimpleHelp v4.4 allows customers to easily request a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. The SimpleHelp server will also automatically renew the certificate when it is due to expire.

Fast Reconnects on User Switches, Logins and Logouts
SimpleHelp now detects when a user's session is deactivated through a user switch, logout, or login, and automatically expedites a reconnect so that the technician is able to continue accessing the remote machine.
