Upgrading your SimpleHelp License
Easily increase the number of sessions you can run, or add remote management to your license.
Each SimpleHelp license allows you to run a limited number of concurrent sessions. Whenever you want to increase the number of concurrent sessions all you need to do is upgrade your license. If your existing license doesn't include remote management features you can also easily add them here.
- The price of an upgrade is the difference between the current price for the number of sessions you want, and the price of your existing license.
- Upgrading a license does not extend your support and updates period.
- Remote management is a part of version 4.3 and later only, if your license only allows older versions you will also need to renew your support and maintenance period.
