Upgrading your SimpleHelp License

Each SimpleHelp license allows you to run a limited number of concurrent sessions. Whenever you want to increase the number of concurrent sessions all you need to do is upgrade your license. If you wish to switch license tiers you can also easily do so.

• The price of an upgrade is the difference between the current price for the number of sessions you want, and the price of your existing license.
• Adding sessions or upgrading license tier does not extend your support and updates period.
