This portal can be used to resell SimpleHelp licenses to your customer. You can generate trial licenses, purchase new licenses, view existing licenses, and purchase upgrades and renewals.
How Reselling Works
- No reseller discount applies to your first license sale.
- Tiers are used to determine the reseller discount on license sales and renewals.
- Reseller tiers are calculated based on the count and total sales in the past 12 months.
- The reseller portal cannot be used to purchase or renew your own private license.

Remote Work
Remote Work allows you to easily expose Remote Access machines to be used for Remote Work purposes. Remote Work is charged on a per-machine basis. Remote Work sessions do not consume any of your existing SimpleHelp licensed sessions.
How It Works
Technicians can enable the Remote Work feature on one or more Remote Access services in the Access tab. This machine can then be used for Remote Work sessions.
- Billing occurs at the start of every month.
- Your SimpleHelp server will report the number of Remote Work machines that you enabled.
- The cost is $3 per machine per month.
- If the number of machines reduces, so does the charge for the following month.

Mailing List
We use your email address to send out emails about SimpleHelp new releases. To do this we share your name and email address with MailChimp, who manage our mailing list. Toggle the switch if you wish to enable or disable the data sharing. If disabled, your data will be removed from MailChimp immediately.Renewal Emails
We use your email address to send out renewal notification emails when your SimpleHelp licenses exit their support period. Toggle the switch if you wish to enable or disable these emails.Credit Card Information
When we process a payment on our website, our payment processor (Stripe) can also keep a payment token associated with your payment card. These payment card details can then be used in the future to process another purchase without needing to re-enter the payment details. Toggle the switch if you wish to enable or disable the storage of card payment tokens with Stripe. If disabled, your card token data will be removed from Stripe immediately.Delete Account
If you wish to delete your account with us you can do so here. Deleting your SimpleHelp account is an irreversible procedure. We will remove your details from our payment processor (Stripe) and mailing list processor (MailChimp). We will remove your account from our systems. In the future if you wish to create a new SimpleHelp account you can do so but your licenses, invoices and other artefacts will no longer be available.Your SimpleHelp Profile
