Sessions, Support and Upgrades

Your SimpleHelp Server is licensed for a number of concurrently active sessions.

An active session is a live session between a technician and a remote machine.

A technician with two live support sessions uses two sessions. Five technicians with one live session each use five sessions.

Add sessions or upgrade your license tier at any time.

Each license includes one year of email support, and access to all new SimpleHelp releases.

Add another year to your support and access latest releases at any time for $120 per session (Standard) or $180 per session (Business).
