One of the focuses of SimpleHelp 5.0 is to provide features within SimpleHelp that better target large-scale customers that typically use hundreds of sessions and have many thousands of remote machines. Features like license pooling and HTTPS clustering are examples of niche features targeted towards these larger customers.

Alongside SimpleHelp 5.0, we'd like to announce a strategic alliance between SimpleHelp Ltd and NetX Information Systems Inc. This alliance is designed to provide better support and guidance for large scale POC installations and ongoing responsive support for enterprise-level customers. NetX are uniquely placed to offer these services with over 20 years experience in helping organisations implement cost effective information management solutions. We see our relationship with NetX as a key opportunity for us to grow SimpleHelp, improve the product and better appeal to a wider range of customers.
