RDP Session Support and Live Monitoring Additions
Remote support users will be happy to hear SimpleHelp now supports RDP sessions from the Access tab. As part of the live monitoring for a machine we now list the active RDP sessions and give you a connect button for each, allowing you to jump into a session even when a customer has connected over RDP.
Live monitoring also adds support for wifi signal showing the percentage signal and the Mbps speed achieved. We've added support for this on Windows, macOS and Linux so you can keep track of how your wifi network is performing across all your machines and find those pesky deadzones.

Remote Machine Management
We've introduced a Remote Machine Management add-on to our licensing in 4.3 that covers Alerts and using the Toolbox feature from the Access tab. Standard licenses can use new Toolbox feature inside remote support and access sessions and get all the other benefits of the release like the new RDP sessions support.
You can buy the Management add-on via our normal upgrade page.

Alerts
In previous SimpleHelp versions we had a comprehensive Data Export and Logging section in the server that allowed you to get notified and log server events. These included things like sessions starting and stopping, customers joining the support queue and machines coming online and offline.
We had a lot of feedback from a lot of customers that would really like to see this expanded to cover more info from machines. Today we've delivered on that and you can set up alerts that cover a wide range of checks.
Data Export settings can now be found under Server Events in the all-new Alerts tab, along with a host of new capabilities to track machines. You can configure time limits for checks, filter alerts down to cover specific machines or groups of machines, and can even build alerts that check multiple conditions and only trigger or reset if all or some of the conditions are met.
With Alerts, you can offer truly proactive support to your customers.

Toolbox
Another huge addition in 4.3 is the Toolbox. Technicians can now set up multiple Toolboxes, add Tools to them and, if they want, share them with all other technicians.
Tools are configured for a particular operating system and are automatically filtered in-session to just the ones that apply to the target machine. You can associate files and even folders with the tool to have it automatically upload them to the remote machine before running. Shared toolboxes have their files uploaded to the server so everyone can use them.
This opens up a whole new set of possibilities in session but in the Management add-on we've also added this capability to the Access tab. Here you can select groups of machines and have the tool run over all of them, reporting on its status after each one to let you install software or perform updates and maintenance easily across thousands of machines at once. Enormous time and manpower-saving potential.
