If you are using the "Launch using Java" option to launch any of the SimpleHelp apps then you should see a progress bar appear on the button and, when you click again the app should set up and launch.

If instead you see the button become blank grey or white or see a red X then Java may not be set up properly for your machine or your browser.

In this instance we would recommend using the downloadable online or offline client.
