• SimpleHelp now enforces uniqueness in Technician account login details. Duplicate technician accounts, where the users have the same login username, are no longer permitted.
• Administrators can now control whether Entra ID and OIDC logins will link to existing Technician accounts if the emails in the authentication token and the existing account match.

This release closes a critical vulnerability and is recommended for all users of SimpleHelp. Please see our Security Notice and our Vulnerability Disclosure Guide for more information.
