Emails Alerts when Customers Join

Your SimpleHelp server can be configured to alert you to various events by email. These events include when a customer joins or leaves the queue, or when a remote access machine comes online or goes offline. This is handled by the Logging Framework in on your server which can be configured to take specific actions when these events occur.
