Remote Access for Networks That Stay Disconnected

Some networks are isolated for good reason. SimpleHelp can run entirely within them, with offline licensing, so support and maintenance never depend on an outside connection.

Remote access in isolated environments

Air-gapped and isolated networks are common in defence, research, utilities, manufacturing and other critical environments. They need remote support tools that do not rely on a vendor cloud or relay to work.

Designed for disconnected operation

Keep the whole remote support path inside your network.

No vendor relay

Sessions run through your own SimpleHelp server, with direct connections where possible. There is no SimpleHelp-operated relay in the path.

Offline licensing

Activate SimpleHelp with an offline licence bound to your server, imported locally, without online account linking.

Network segmentation

Use Condensers to reach segmented networks securely, supporting architectures aligned with IEC 62443.

Local AI if you want it

Point Cyana at an on-premise language model so AI assistance also stays inside your network.

Supporting a plant floor that never touches the internet

A manufacturing site keeps its control network isolated from the internet. SimpleHelp runs on a server inside that network with an offline licence. Engineers support HMIs and workstations through it, and use a local language model with Cyana for diagnostics.

SimpleHelp Technician Console with grouped remote machines, connection status and live resource usage.
Find machines, check their status and connect from the Technician Console.

Make the trial match your real work

Start with a few test devices and a workflow your team knows well.

  • Install a trial server on an isolated test network.
  • Request an offline licence for that server.
  • Confirm sessions, tools and recordings work without internet access.

Your questions, answered

Does SimpleHelp need an internet connection to work?

Core remote support and access can run without one, using an offline licence. Some optional features, such as cloud AI providers, push notifications and online updates, need their own connectivity.

How are updates delivered to an isolated server?

Download updates on a connected system, verify them and transfer them into the isolated network using your normal change process.

How long does an offline licence last?

Licence terms depend on your purchase. Talk to us about your environment before you deploy so we can recommend the right licence.
