Sharing a Remote Support Session
If you reach a point in a help session where you want to include another Technician or just pass a session over to another Technician you can automatically create a new session by clicking the Duplicate Session In Queue button in the Tools (cog) menu.
This will cause a new session to appear in the queue which another Technician can join. You can either quit now or, when the new Technician joins, you can all chat together and then either proceed with both of you watching/working or quit after you have had a discussion through the chat.
There is no limit as to how many times a session may be duplicated but in practice having a large number of sessions to one machine may use up significant resources on the remote machine which may in turn slow down the sessions or cause other issues.
