Locating the Technician Folder
Depending on your operating system the Technician Console installation can be found in the following folders:
- Windows: %APPDATA%\Roaming\JWrapper-SimpleHelp Technician
- Linux: (user home dir)/.JWrapper/JWrapper-SimpleHelp Technician
- macOS: (user home dir)/Library/Application Support/JWrapper-SimpleHelp Technician
Technician Console Logs
Logs for the Technician app can be found in the above folder under a logs subfolder. When sending these logs to SimpleHelp Support it is important to send the entire folder, you can tar or zip this folder before sending to allow it to be easily attached to an email.
