Remote Access Machine Groups

Remote Access services shared with your SimpleHelp server can be organised into groups and sub-groups.

Please Note: A Remote Access Service must be online when you change its group.

To set a group for a Remote Access service you can:

• Launch the configuration app on the remote computer
• Open the details panel in the Access tab and in the cog sub-tab use Configure
• Drag the machine to an already configured group or sub-group
