Displaying the remote mouse pointer

When a technician is controlling a remote machine the remote mouse pointer is not displayed. In certain situations it is desirable for the technician to be able to view the remote mouse pointer. The technician can view the remote pointer by disabling control of the remote machine. If control is disabled, the remote pointer is displayed to the technician and updated on any changes.
