A new AI-powered feature for SimpleHelp's remote management software

Remote support software has always been about connecting to one machine at a time. You see a problem, you remote in, you fix it, you move on. That works fine when you have ten machines to manage. It works less fine when you have a thousand. We've spent the last year building something that changes how SimpleHelp works at scale. It's called Cyana, and it lets you manage your entire fleet of machines using natural language.
Instead of remoting into machines one by one to check on things, you type what you need in plain English:
"Which machines have less than 10% free disk space?"
Cyana checks every machine in your fleet and gives you the answer. Not a dashboard you have to interpret. Not an alert you have to go investigate. The actual answer, across every endpoint, in seconds. It goes further than queries. You can tell Cyana to do things:
"Clear the temp folders on all machines in the London office that have less than 5GB free."
It works out which machines match, runs the cleanup, requesting your approval at each stage, and reports back what it did. You get a full audit trail of every action.
Cyana connects SimpleHelp to large language models like Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's GPT and Google's Gemini. When you type a command, the AI figures out which machines to target, what commands to run, and in what order. You see the plan before it executes. Because SimpleHelp is one unified platform, Cyana works everywhere. In a live remote session, it can run diagnostics and suggest fixes on the machine you're connected to. Across your fleet, it can query or act on thousands of machines at once. When an alert fires, it already has context on the machine and can help you resolve the issue faster. This isn't a feature we bolted on. Cyana works across the entire platform because SimpleHelp was built as one system. That unified architecture is what makes fleet-wide AI possible without the integration headaches you'd get trying to add this to a stack of acquired products.
If you're managing multiple client environments, Cyana changes the economics of support. A new client onboarding that used to take an afternoon of remoting into machines and checking configurations? Ask Cyana to audit the fleet and give you a summary. A ticket that would normally require you to remote in, poke around, and diagnose? Ask Cyana to check event logs, running services, and disk space before you even open a session. The time savings are real, and they compound. Every machine you manage with Cyana instead of manually is time you get back.
Cyana supports multiple AI providers. Use Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's GPT or Google's Gemini through cloud APIs. Or run a local LLM on your own infrastructure with no internet connection required. You choose what works for your security and data residency requirements. You're not locked into a single provider. Choose the model that fits your requirements for capability, cost, or data residency.
Cyana runs through your existing SimpleHelp server. Commands execute on your infrastructure. You control which machines Cyana can access. The same granular permissions you already use in SimpleHelp apply to every AI action. Every command is logged with full details: who asked, what ran, which machines were involved, what changed. Complete audit trail. For organisations in regulated industries, Cyana works with Enterprise FIPS configurations.
$12 per machine per year. That's $1 per machine per month. If you manage 100 machines, Cyana costs $100 a month. If you manage 1,000 machines, it's $1,000 a month. No minimums, no long-term commitment beyond your current billing cycle. Cyana is available as an add-on to any active SimpleHelp Business, Enterprise, or Enterprise FIPS subscription.
Cyana is available now. If you're an existing SimpleHelp customer, you can enable it from your server settings. If you're new to SimpleHelp, start a free trial and see the whole platform, including Cyana, for yourself. We've been building SimpleHelp for 19 years. Cyana is the most significant addition we've ever made to the platform, and we think it changes what you can expect from remote management software.
